WM999 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules and User Agreement

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute the full agreement between you and WM999 regarding your use of the platform, including all betting, casino, live casino, bingo and VIP services available at wm999.onl. These terms apply from the moment you create an account or access any part of the platform.

Creating an account on WM999 confirms that you have read these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the platform on behalf of anyone else, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms. WM999 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time — continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Rules

Each person is permitted to hold one account only on WM999. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a breach of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any balance or winnings held across duplicate accounts may be voided.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. Keep your login credentials secure and do not share your password or account access with any third party. WM999 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your details secure.

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information at registration and keep it updated.
• Notify WM999 promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not use another person's account or allow another person to use yours.
• Account balances are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned or transferred to another party.

WM999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or breach of any part of these terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on WM999 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets. WM999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must belong to and be registered in the name of the account holder.

Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly upon successful processing by the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed according to the priority queue applicable to your account, with VIP members receiving priority handling. Processing times vary by payment method and may be affected by verification requirements.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• WM999 may require identity or payment verification before processing a withdrawal.

WM999 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where the account has outstanding bonus wagering requirements, where verification is pending, or where there are reasonable grounds to investigate the transaction.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

WM999 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback and other promotions from time to time. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are displayed alongside each offer. The general conditions below apply to all WM999 promotions unless stated otherwise.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds may be subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible games or markets will be specified per promotion.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be claimed and wagered within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited without exception.
• One bonus per person: Promotions are available once per person, household and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

WM999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Decisions regarding bonus eligibility and wagering compliance are made at WM999's discretion and are final.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on WM999 — whether on sports markets, casino games, live casino tables or bingo rooms — are subject to the specific rules of each product. By placing a bet or purchasing a ticket, you accept those rules.

Sports Betting: Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in. In-play betting odds are updated in real time and the odds accepted at placement apply. Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and other fixtures — are subject to event-specific settlement rules which are displayed in the applicable market.

Casino and Live Casino: Games are governed by their individual rules and return-to-player information where applicable. The house edge applies to all casino products. WM999 does not guarantee any outcome or return on casino play.

Bingo: Bingo rooms operate under the rules displayed before each game. All calls, pattern checks and prize allocations are handled by the platform. In the event of a technical error during a bingo game, WM999's decision on prize settlement is final.

• WM999 may void bets where there has been a manifest error in odds pricing or game configuration.
• Bets placed after an event has started due to a platform error may be voided at WM999's discretion.
• Any bet placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity will be voided and the account subject to closure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on WM999 and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 18 years of age.
• Opening or operating more than one account on WM999.
• Using automated bots, scripts or any software to interact with the platform in an automated manner.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs or odds pricing errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players, particularly in live casino or poker-style games.
• Using the platform for any activity connected to money laundering or financial crime.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to manipulate outcomes in any section of the platform through any means.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy to circumvent any restriction applied to your account or location.

WM999 actively monitors for prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is identified, the platform may take immediate action including account suspension, cancellation of withdrawals and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

8. Privacy and Data

WM999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we aim to keep the platform running consistently, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may result in temporary downtime.

• WM999 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, game interruptions or connectivity issues on the user's end.
• WM999 is not liable for losses arising from a user's failure to comply with these terms.
• WM999 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to a user's account where the user failed to keep their credentials secure.
• In all cases where WM999 accepts liability, that liability is limited to the value of funds held in the affected account at the relevant time.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by WM999's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

10. Responsible Gaming
